Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. This does not indicate acceptance of your order — we reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons such as product unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraud.

We deliver to most postal codes across India through our partnered courier services. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service. Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect shipping addresses, or unforeseen events such as natural disasters or strikes.

Since most of our products are custom-made or printed on order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Cancellations can only be made before the order is processed or printed. Once printing or dispatch begins, cancellations are not possible.

For personalized products, please ensure that your uploaded designs, images, or text are accurate. We print exactly what you submit, and we are not responsible for errors in spelling, colors, or design placement.

By submitting a design, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. Stiqs It is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement related to customer-submitted content.

All content on our website, including logos, graphics, product photos, text, and layouts, are the intellectual property of Stiqs It and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
