Bulk & Custom Orders Policy
At Stiqs It, we love creating something special — whether it's custom designs for your brand, event, or gifts, or bulk orders for your business or community.
Here's how our bulk and custom order process works.
1. Custom Orders
- We offer personalized products like stickers, badges, fridge magnets, and keychains with your own design, logo, or text.
- You can share your design file, or we can help you create one (design charges may apply).
- Before printing, we'll send you a digital preview for approval. Once approved, no further edits or cancellations can be made.
- Printing begins only after final confirmation and payment.
2. Bulk Orders
- Bulk pricing is available for larger quantities — perfect for events, corporate branding, colleges, fests, weddings, or giveaways.
- Discounts depend on quantity, design type, and product.
- Bulk orders may require extra processing time. We'll share an estimated delivery date once the order is confirmed.
- Shipping is calculated based on total order weight and delivery location. For very large orders, we can arrange door delivery through surface courier.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before we start production for all custom and bulk orders.
- For very large orders, partial payment options may be discussed on request.
- Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or online payment link.
4. Cancellations & Changes
- Once a custom or bulk order is confirmed and approved for printing, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- Please double-check your artwork, spelling, and design details before final approval.
5. Delivery & Timeline
- Custom and bulk orders usually take 5–14 business days, depending on quantity and product type.
- We'll keep you updated at every step — from production to dispatch.
- Tracking details will be shared once the shipment is on its way.
