Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Stiqs It, every product is made with care and printed just for you! We want you to love what you receive, and we do our best to make sure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

Since most of our products are custom-made, we have a few simple rules for refunds and cancellations.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before they go into printing or processing.
  • Once your order is being printed or packed, we can't cancel it — as it's already being made especially for you.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp with your order number.

2. Returns & Replacements

Because our products are printed or customized per order, we don't accept returns for reasons like a change of mind or dislike of design.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll make it right!

Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or wrong product
  • The packaging (to verify transit damage)

Once we verify the issue, we'll send a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for eligible cases (damaged, defective, or wrong product).
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If you paid through COD, we'll issue the refund via bank transfer or UPI.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Wrong details entered by the customer (like address, pincode, or contact info)
  • Minor color or design variations (due to lighting or screen differences)
  • Orders where the design uploaded by the customer has errors or typos
  • Delays caused by courier or external factors beyond our control
