1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or bulk orders may take slightly longer depending on design and quantity.
  • Once your order is shipped, we'll share a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Charges

  • We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹49 for all orders below ₹499.
  • Free shipping is available for all orders above ₹499 (after discounts, if any).
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown clearly before you make the payment at checkout.

3. Delivery Time

  • We ship across India using trusted courier partners.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may take a little longer for delivery.

4. Address & Delivery

Please make sure your address, pincode, and phone number are entered correctly before placing your order.

We won't be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

5. Delays & Other Factors

We always try to deliver on time, but sometimes delays can occur due to:

  • Courier or transport delays
  • Weather conditions or public holidays
  • Unforeseen situations beyond our control

If there's a delay, we'll do our best to keep you updated.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share photos of the product and packaging — we'll verify and send a replacement or issue a refund as per our Refund Policy.
